- 预订时问清楚婴儿车能不能带。Samui Elephant Sanctuary 要把婴儿车留在前台，所以背带更方便。
- 大多数行程含酒店接送。短时间的喂食体验常常需要自己开车去。
- 只在保护园自己的网站上或到达时预订和付款。Samui Elephant Haven 提醒有人冒用它的名义要求银行转账。
